Foam feeling a little…runny/watery? There's nothing more annoying.

When we started Skipper five years ago, most pumps were made to be tossed out with the bottle. We wanted something better. So we invested in a reusable pump that’s reliable for up to 12,000 pumps (previously 900).

That said, it still needs a little TLC to get there, because some things are out of our control. Bottle placement, water type, and hygiene habits, for starters.

If your hand or body wash isn’t lathering like it used to, chances are your pump’s taken on a bit too much shower love.

When water sneaks into the pump chamber, it can’t build pressure properly and you get a sad little splurt instead of that glorious, fluffy foam.

It’s probably not broken. It’s likely just waterlogged 🤿🪣

The good news? There’s a 30-second trick that solves this 90% of the time.

Still no luck?

If you’ve tried all the tricks and your pump’s still not playing nice, you can grab a free replacement.

Replacements are easy. But keeping good pumps out of landfill is even better. If it can be fixed, please skip the spare.

You still get free shipping with your replacement pumps if it's included with any refills-only order. If you need a spare, it's good to check if you need refills too.

What to do with your old pump?

Unfortunately, Australia's national recycling system doesn’t support small and comingled items like soap pumps or spray triggers. You can however recycle your pumps and triggers through TerraCycle.
