Win a Year of Skipper (Coles Giveaway)

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promoter: Tirtyl Trading Pty Ltd (ABN 30 642 448 182) of 203 Lavarack Avenue, Eagle Farm QLD 4009, Australia (the "Promoter").
3. Eligibility: Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter, Coles Group Limited, and their associated agencies and companies are ineligible to enter.
4. Promotional period: Entries open at 12:00am AEST on 1 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 December 2026.
5. How to enter: Purchase a participating Skipper Dish Tab pack bearing a competition tag from a Coles store. Locate the unique six character entry code on the printed insert inside the pack. Visit skpr.co/cls-win-26 and complete the entry form, including your name, email address, entry code, and your answer to the competition question in 25 words or less.
6. Entry limits: One entry per unique entry code. Each entry code may be used once only. Multiple entries are permitted where each entry uses a different valid entry code. Entries using an invalid, duplicate, altered or previously used code will be deemed invalid.
7. Entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, submitted by automated means, or that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
8. Game of skill: This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Entries will be judged on the creativity and originality of the answer to the competition question.
9. Judging: Judging will take place across four judging rounds. Each round will be judged from all valid entries received before that round's entry cut-off which have not already been awarded a prize. An entry that is not selected in a round remains eligible for all subsequent rounds.
   • Round 1 — entries received by 11:59pm AEST 27 September 2026. Judged 30 September 2026. Prizes: 56 x A Year of Skipper, 4 x $100 Coles gift card.
   • Round 2 — entries received by 11:59pm AEDT 25 October 2026. Judged 30 October 2026. Prizes: 28 x A Year of Skipper, 2 x $100 Coles gift card.
   • Round 3 — entries received by 11:59pm AEDT 22 November 2026. Judged 30 November 2026. Prizes: 28 x A Year of Skipper, 2 x $100 Coles gift card.
   • Round 4 — entries received by 11:59pm AEDT 31 December 2026. Judged 7 January 2027. Prizes: 28 x A Year of Skipper, 2 x $100 Coles gift card.

   Each entry is judged on its own merits and remains independently eligible. Where an entrant has submitted multiple valid entries using different entry codes, the selection of one of those entries as a winner does not affect the eligibility of their remaining entries in subsequent rounds. An entrant may therefore win more than one prize across the promotion.

   Judging will be conducted by representatives of the Promoter at 203 Lavarack Avenue, Eagle Farm QLD 4009, Australia. In each round the judges will also rank a reserve list of eligible entries, to be used only where clause 12 applies. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Prizes: There are 150 prizes in total, with a combined value of $57,980 including GST.
    • 140 x "A Year of Skipper" prize packs, each valued at $407 RRP including GST. Each prize pack comprises: 1 x Essentials Bundle Large ($214), 1 x Laundry Sheets 120 Pack ($47), 1 x Hand Wash Refills 24 Pack ($60), 1 x Dishwasher Tablets 80 Pack ($38), 1 x Universal Cleaner Tablets 9 Pack ($27), 1 x Dish Liquid Refills 6 Pack ($21).
    • 10 x $100 Coles gift cards, each valued at $100 including GST.
11. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value should the specified prize become unavailable.
12. Winner notification: Winners will be notified by email to the address supplied at entry within 3 business days of the relevant judging date. A winner must confirm acceptance of their prize and provide delivery details within 10 business days of the date of that notification email. If a winner does not respond within that period, the prize will be awarded to the next highest ranked eligible entry from the same judging round, as determined by the judges against the original judging criteria. Chance plays no part in this reallocation. Any entry awarded a prize under this clause is subject to the same notification and confirmation timeframes.
13. Prize delivery: Prizes will be dispatched to Australian addresses only, within 5 business days of the winner confirming their delivery details.
14. Privacy: Personal information collected as part of this competition is collected for the purpose of conducting the competition and is handled in accordance with the Skipper Privacy Policy, available at skipper.org/policies/privacy-policy. Consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter is optional and is not a condition of entry.
15. The Promoter is not liable for any entry that is late, lost, misdirected or not received for any reason, or for any technical fault, error or interruption affecting entry into the competition.
16. Coles Group Limited is not the promoter of this competition and takes no responsibility for the conduct of the competition or the awarding of prizes.
