Qualifying for Free Shipping

We offer free shipping in Australia for "refills-only" orders and all orders over $99 in total product value.

"Refill-only" are orders that contain only these refill and replenishment products as listed here:


You may order any number or combination of the above items as long as no other items are being purchased.

We offer free shipping on these "refills-only" orders because we believe doing the right thing and refilling shouldn't cost more.

Pump and Spray Trigger Shipping


We offer FREE SHIPPING in Australia for pumps and spray triggers when:

  • Purchased alongside any order containing only refills, OR
  • The order's total value is over $99 in total product value.

Flat-Rate Shipping Fees


  • Australia: For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, a $10 flat-rate fee applies.
  • New Zealand: All orders incur a $12 flat-rate fee for regular orders and $5 flat-rate fee for all refills-only and pump replacement orders.
  • Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands and Norfolk Island: For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, a $10 flat-rate fee applies. We also offer express post for $15 as we recognise these locations are remote.
  • United States: Currently we do not ship to the US, we are available on AmazonĀ here.
  • United Kingdom: Currently we do not ship to the UK, we are available on AmazonĀ here.

Handling Time


We are currently shipping orders out within 1 business day. Some orders on Friday and on weekends may take up to 2 business days to ship.

Courier & Tracking


A tracking number will be sent via email upon dispatch for all orders.

You are able to track, manage and redirect your package using the AusPost mobile app. Learn moreĀ here. Note that you will need to login to the app with the same email used to place the order as this is the email we give to AusPost.

Also note that redirection is not always eligible so try to ensure your shipping address is correct when placing the order.

Carbon Offset
