General 100-Day Money Back Guarantee & Refunds
We introduced our 100-day money-back guarantee because if you're not happy, we're not happy either. If you have purchased our products from skipper.org we'll happily give you a full refund if you're not satisfied. We ask that you use the product and contact customer service at hello@skipper.org if you are having difficulties or have any queries on how to best use the product.
If you're still not satisfied, we'll process your full refund to the payment method originally used. We kindly ask that you return any unused product to us via registered post (at your expense) so we can re-use, recycle, or safely dispose of the returned goods as appropriate. After all, we do our best to reduce waste.
For practical reasons, we are unfortunately unable to offer our 100-day money-back guarantee on sample packs.
Toilet Blocks only
Approximately 7% of toilets in Australia are not compatible with toilet blocks. Either the cistern is not accessible, or the blocks are consumed too quickly and do not last. The blocks can be consumed too quickly based on the turbulence and flow of water in your cistern.
If you're finding the blocks are not working for you, we will refund your first purchase only. If you bought the blocks in a bundle, we will do a partial-refund of your order to refund the toilet blocks.
