Why Companies Participate In
The Virgin Plastic Epidemic

It's cheaper and more abundant than recycled plastic

It's easier to work with in manufacturing

The real cost to nature and human health isn't paid for by companies
What We're Doing About It
Our Proof of Concept
Denpasar, Bali
Bali's plastics crisis is getting worse, and Aussie tourism adds pressure. It impacts local communities and is now reaching Australia's northern coastline.
How we're flipping the script
We're testing a novel solution to a common problem
No profits. No agenda.
All proceeds fund the collection and upcycling of waste.
Upcycled Plastic
We prevent waste with better products, and use Denpasar, Bali to prove how collection can help change the system too.
If the economics work,
the impact scales.
We're proving waste can be valuable, even in places with no formal waste management.
*Plastic comes in all shapes and sizes, so we talk in “bottle caps” as an easy way to picture plastic upcycled. We use an average conversion of 1 cap = 2.5g. In reality, we upcycle a mix of LDPE, PP & HDPE - caps, bottles, and anything else we can get our hands on.
